Ga H55m S2h
Hello people,
I am posting here to ask:
What is the maximum power I can receive from my Core i5 on my H55M-S2H motherboard. Right now it's running at 1.072 V on 2.67 GHz (multiplier is x17). On http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/motherboards/2010/01/28/gigabyte-ga-h55m-ud2h-review/3 they say that this motherboard can run the processor at 1.370 V on an astounding 4.1 GHz with a multiplier of x20!
So, my question is: what kind of cooling is minimum and is it REALLY possible to nearly double the power of my CPU?
For anyone more interested, here's my full mainboard and CPU spec's:
Thank You in advance!
P.S. What I really want to do is to OC at least to 3.4 GHz.
